Understanding Lucid Dreaming

Conscious Dreaming is what is also known as Lucid Dreaming. When you are lucid dreaming, you are consciously aware of what you are dreaming about, even though your mind is within the dream. So, to put it more simply, when you are lucid dreaming, you are perfectly aware that you’re dreaming even as you are within the dream. So, unlike the usual dream, you are aware that you’re dreaming even as events in the dream are unfolding around you, which means that you can control those events.

The power of having mastery over shaping the events of your own dreams is part of the very definition of the metaphysical. All of the normal dream-time rules, like “timelessness”, “teleportation”, and so on still apply: so, step into an existence where your usual limitations have suddenly vanished without a trace.

So, you ask, can it really be that simple? Surely not every single common person who wants to can experience lucid dreaming!

As a matter of fact, lucid dreaming isn’t all that hard, as long as you have a burning desire to learn these amazing, tried and true techniques of expressing your innermost desires.

Foremost, you must be absolutely clear about your objective in trying to master the art of lucid dreaming. Do you just want to have your own private playground in the form of lucid dreams, or there is some specific reason for developing this skill? Whatever may be the reason, it should be crystal clear in your mind.

Then starts the actual process of learning this art. Firstly, you need to learn a process, called Dream Recall, i.e., recalling a dream you had the previous night. Unless you remember a dream, you can?t achieve the stage of lucid dreaming.

The process is slow, but it can be achieved by maintaining a Dream Recall Register in which you enter as many details as you can remember about your dreams daily. Slowly but surely, you?ll realize that you can remember even the most vivid details of your dreams. Periodic reality checks during the course of dreaming will train your mind to be aware in dreams.

Many people have found that hypnosis can drastically reduce the time needed to prepare your subconscious mind to experience lucid dreaming. Often just one of two hypnosis sessions will allow you to consistently remember all of your dreams. Once this occurs your mind is then conditioned for lucid dreaming.

Now, you can get to lucid dreams more easily by simply going back to sleep a few hours before you intend to wake up for the day.

Another great way to have lucid dreams is to go back to sleep for a couple of hours after you wake up in the morning. These dreams are the closest to lucid dreams as they leave you wondering if they were actually dreams or your thoughts manifested in the form of a purported event.

Insomnia can be cured with lucid dreaming, too! If you can’t get to sleep when you put your head down on that pillow, all you need to is suggest to your mind that to sleep is to lucid dream, and you’ll find your mind will take care of everything and make it so you can sleep soundly.

Lucid dreaming can actually help you fight sleeping disorders, like insomnia. Whenever you are struggling to sleep at the normal sleeping hours, you just need to tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming, and your mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep.

More and more people are saying that binaural audios are giving them a faster, easier way to enter through the door of the realm of lucid dreaming.

A lot of people agree that listening to binaural audios is definitely the easiest and most consistently successful way of experiencing lucid dreaming.

Causes and Treatments of lumbar region Agony

Pelvic Tilt
Lie straight on the floor. Bend your knees. Hold your intestinal muscles tight. Your lower back should touch the floor. Stay in the same position for 5 mins and then relax. Repeat this couple of times.

Back Stretch
Lie on your stomach straight on the floor. Now with aid from your palms, try to lift your upper body. Go in for 10 repetitions each day.

Knee To Chest
Lie down on your back. Keep your legs straight. Bring one knee close to your chest. Hold your knee with your palms and press it against your chest. Alternate with both the legs.

Are We Really All Connected? Or, Are We Really All Seperated?

I overheard an interesting conversation the other day. The woman that was talking to another said that she believes we are all ‘connected’.

After thinking it over for a bit, a few questions came to mind.

If we are all connected then why do people feel lonely at times? One would presume that if we were all connected that it would be impossible to feel isolated or lonely.

Another thought is that if we are all connected why do we have so much trouble understanding each other?

Why do people miscommunicate so often? This doesn’t require much explanation because frankly, everyone has experienced the effect of misunderstandings in even the most basic of human communication.

Why do people fear telling others about bad breath, when it is easily solved with a product like therabreath? It is an act of kindness to tell someone.

Why are their wars? If we were so wonderfully connected there shouldn’t be any warfare. Any issues that come up would be rapidly solved by the innated understanding that should come from being connected.

Why is there so much diversity in our various belief systems and backgrounds. Let us face it, many cultures are almost diametrically opposed. One cultures ‘normal’ idea is another’s radical thought. This is similar to freedom fighters and terrorism. What one man calls a terrorist, another man will call a freedom fighter. This is living proof that our perceptions and beliefs are radically different from each other.

One some people call evil, others call good. How can this be? If something is bad or evil, it just is so. Why would someone else call it good?

With so many different ways of thinking, so many different believes, so many different value systems and all the variations of human thinking – how could we be all ‘connected’.

How come more people don’t find out about a good thing, such as Oramd, more quickly, if we are all, ‘connected’? 

I’m not sure there is a good answer to this. All I can say is that if *I* were in charge – all of these problems would go away! Ok- Just kidding. I’m not such an egoist.

Wondering About Memory Foam Mattresses?

People have been making magnificent achievements in almost every sphere. Technological   advancements and many other undertakings occupy the headlines of the daily newspapers. They were subjected to great stress during space flights due to the G-force. The primary purpose of these mattresses is to mould itself in accordance with the user’s body and make him feel excessively light; almost as light as a feather. The initial version was named the T-foam and it brought along a lot of promise with its ability to respond to the body temperature. However, soon it became clear that this T-foam was not very durable and cracked eventually.

Tempurpedic was the first company to start manufacturing memory foam mattresses in the consumer market. They designed their own version of memory foam, and called it Tempur foam. It was used mainly in medicine to enable patients sleep better and get relief severe backache. This type of mattresses was specially designed to see that they were much more durable and continued to retain the benefits of lowering body pressure. However, the thing that prevented it from being put to daily use was its high price. In fact, Tempur foam has never reached consumer market even till this day because of its dear price. Nevertheless , it is undoubtedly the best memory foam mattress ever .

Other companies soon found out about the huge benefits of memory foam mattresses and soon started producing their own ones. However, keep away from false advertising and poor imitations. Make sure you read some review on memory foam mattresses first. Hailing from the consumer industry, they priced their mattresses much lower compared to Tempur-Pedic. Memory foam has obtained huge popularity with every passing year and this has led different producers of mattresses to introduce their own versions of this product. However, it is necessary to say that memory foams differ from each other in their thickness , hardness and softness and finally in their longevity. In spite of its benefits, a mattress made only out of memory foam will not be effective because it is too soft to provide support . It works best when used as a layer over a hard material.
