Pelvic Tilt
Lie straight on the floor. Bend your knees. Hold your intestinal muscles tight. Your lower back should touch the floor. Stay in the same position for 5 mins and then relax. Repeat this couple of times.

Back Stretch
Lie on your stomach straight on the floor. Now with aid from your palms, try to lift your upper body. Go in for 10 repetitions each day.

Knee To Chest
Lie down on your back. Keep your legs straight. Bring one knee close to your chest. Hold your knee with your palms and press it against your chest. Alternate with both the legs.
